Windows Live Photo Gallery

What is Windows Live Photo Gallery?

Windows Live Photo GalleryIf you are like me, you have collected thousands of digital photos over the years.  As time goes on and your collection grows, keeping those photos organized become a more difficult task.  Unless you are careful, you'll end up with duplicate photos and folders, and will never really be sure where you have the photos you need.

Windows Live Photo Gallery can help you make sense of your digital memories.

Windows Live Photo Gallery is a photo organizer that you can use to view, manage, and edit digital photos and videos. All of the photos in the Pictures folder on your hard disk—including those that you've just imported—appear in Photo Gallery, and you can also add other folders on your hard disk to Photo Gallery. You can add photos to Photo Gallery by importing them from a digital camera or memory card, acquiring them with a scanner, importing them from an album on Windows Live Spaces, or adding existing photos from a CD, DVD, or your hard disk.
