When trying to open Windows Live Photo Gallery this is the message I get:  Windows Live Photo Gallery can't start. You may not have enough space on your hard disk or critical files may be missing from Windows."

I have uninstalled and then installed the new version of Windows Photo gallery and I get the very same message?  How can this be fixed?
